Our staff of five brings the expertise and years in service difficult to match in other companies.  Between the five staff members, we collectively offer over 130 years of optical expertise.

Phillis Wright brings with her 31 years of experience, all working with Wagner Opticians.  She has many customers who come back to see her year after year.  They trust her taste, enjoy her customer care, and feel they must have her advise them on all optical purchases.

Leathia Williams has been with the company for 8 years.  She is our receptionist, but also has instilled in our customers a comfort zone that insists that she help them make their optical selection.  She has exquisite taste and takes very good care of all of us who work with her.

Sylvester Shaw (Sonny) has worked with us since 2003 and brought with him 42 years experience in the optical industry, most of them while owning his own 2 stores.  He works part-time for us so that he can pursue his art.  He is also an artist with many wonderful pieces to his credit.  Be sure to check out  SonnyShaw.com to view his wonderful talents.

Dianna Finisecy (DeeDee), owner, brings 32 years experience to the office.  A licensed and certified master optician, she can handle all of your optical needs.  She is certified with the American Board of Opticianry, a Licensed Optician of Virginia, sits on the board of the National Academy of Opticianry and was named one of "Vision Monday's 50 Most Influential Women in the Optical Industry" in the year 2004.

Kathy Daly, Kathy runs our Frederick office, is certified with the American Board of Opticianry.  She brings with her over 20 years experience both in the corporate optical arena and managed a private doctor's optical shop.
